Sampurna Aarogyam Kosam Shathavari Laddulu...
Ingredients
* 2 Litres of Milk (naatu gedha pallu)
* 20 g of shathavari roots powder (Shathavari chettu verla lu edapetti podi cheyyali)
(u will get this in any ayurvedic shop)
* 20 g of Pattika Bellam.
How to Preapare
* Pour the milk in a bowl and put it on the stove (Keep flame in sim)
Keep Stirring the milk until all the water is evaporated( ie it will prepare like Kova)
* Now add Shathavari Roots powder and Pattika Bellam in above kova.
* Stir well and off the stove.
*Now Prepare small laddus (10g of above mixture as one laddu)
How to Take this Laddu
* For 4 to 5 Years - 5 g of Laddu
* For Adults - Daily One Laddu of 10g
* For Pregnant Ladies - 1 (Gives birth to healthy child)
* For Oldage People - Morning and Evening one Laddu
