Art of Thread



Required Things
1.Plain Card
2.Needle
3.Thread
4.Sketch Pens
5.Fabric or Poster Color
6.Paint Brush

Procedure to Prepare:
Just take a plain card and on that Draw ur desired picture or letters and Stict with needle and thread along the lines and sticth all gaps with small lines of thread so that gaps are filled.

Design or give shading with poster color and hightlight with sketches...

Mix well all the below:
1 Glass of slightly warm water + 1 Spoon of Honey + 1 Spoon of Lemon Juice

How to Drink
Have this drink daily 3 times a day before 1 hour of ur food intake. (Morning before ur breakfast, Afternoon before ur lunch and Night before ur Dinner)

Note:
Those who are first taking this drink
1st day - Only in morning
2nd Day - Only in morning and night
3rd Day - All 3 times...

I personally started from yesteraday... hope i will reduce.... u wil also reduce ur belly part.... and have good health.

Especially for Pregnant Ladies.

Very precious gift for pregnant ladies

Prepare this powder and have it daily.

Ingredients
- 100 g - Shonti
- 100 g - Sompu (after lunch or dinner we will take na .. that somphu only)
- 100 g - Saraswathi Aaku ( We will get this any Ayurveda shop...)

How to Prepare
*Fry all these above ingridients separtely and then do mixcy separetely ( Now u will have all the 3 different powders with u)
*Now Mix all powders well and store in the glass bottle

How to Take this powder-
Daily take 1/2 tbsp powder with 1 cup of milk and add Pattika Bellam (if not sugar) to taste.

What is the Benefit
- U will give birth to a healthy and Talented Baby..
Saraswathi Devi krupa tho janmistharu anta...

So, Prepare this and have daily

Ingredients

* 2 Litres of Milk (naatu gedha pallu)
* 20 g of shathavari roots powder (Shathavari chettu verla lu edapetti podi cheyyali)
(u will get this in any ayurvedic shop)
* 20 g of Pattika Bellam.

How to Preapare
* Pour the milk in a bowl and put it on the stove (Keep flame in sim)
Keep Stirring the milk until all the water is evaporated( ie it will prepare like Kova)
* Now add Shathavari Roots powder and Pattika Bellam in above kova.
* Stir well and off the stove.
*Now Prepare small laddus (10g of above mixture as one laddu)

How to Take this Laddu
* For 4 to 5 Years - 5 g of Laddu
* For Adults - Daily One Laddu of 10g
* For Pregnant Ladies - 1 (Gives birth to healthy child)
* For Oldage People - Morning and Evening one Laddu

We friends started a charity foundation called "Aanandi" and registered that to the government of AP in Jan 2008. We are working for this foundation by performing various duties.

We designed three charity programs under Aanandi,
"Akshar, Abhay, and Ashray".

Akshar – Providing Free Education to the deserved poor candidates. This is the program that we started last year and 3 students are currently sponsored. Out of whom, a beneficiary named "Pradeep" who is studying in IIT Chennai (MSC Maths) got all India 3rd rank in Gate recently and this is the moment we all cherished with. We all are very happy to know that economically poor students can shine like a diamond if they get proper support from us.

Abhay – Providing Medical care to the economically poor people in Andhra Pradesh. We have the plans on the paper but not yet started due to the lack of funding/volunteers

Ashray – Supporting Orphan/Old age homes in Andhra Pradesh. Even for this program, we have the plans but not yet implemented due to lack of funding/Volunteers

Current Status of Aanandi – We have around 30 permanent volunteers. And 3 students are currently pursuing their education under Akshar program

• Srinu Babu K – Pursuing 2nd year of B.Sc (Computers) in B.V.Raju College, Bhimavaram. (Pass out year - 2010)
• Pradeep Boggarapu – Pursuing 2nd year of M.Sc (Maths) in IIT Chennai. (Pass out year - 2009)
• Divya – Pursuing 2nd year of Intermediate in Aditya Junior college, Bhimavaram. (Pass out year – 2009)

As Aanandi is approached by more number of poor students, we are looking for more "Helping Hands" to support them.

Remember the future depends on what we do in present.

*There is a cute small round press button at the bottom right corner of almost all monitors: Please make use of this

*Stop printing out Harry Porter, Jeffrey Archer and other e-books. This is a classic example of paper wastage.

*If you have forgotten to give double-side prints, make sure you make use of the empty sides as scribbling pads or for your kids' imposition!

*Take two minutes from your busy schedule, before hurrying back home, to shut down the computer.

*All of us are big time Googlers. Have you heard of the Blackle search engine? Blackle (Google powered) is a search engine designed all in Rich Black so that your system consumes less power. So change your homepage.

*Plastic bags these days indeed come in bright and flamboyant colours and tempt us to take them home with us. But the saying, "Appearances are deceptive" holds true for these plastic things too. Next time, hold back or go prepared to counter temptation with a cloth bag.

*Roses, Jasmine, Hibiscus and Peas; All these saplings cost hardly between Rs 10 - 20 each. Can't we afford to plant these in and around our houses? Also, more importantly, caring and maintain them as they grow?

*Try to segregate the different kinds of waste into Bio-Degradable (Fruit or vegetable waste) , Recyclable (waste Paper, paper products) and Electronics (Floppy disks, CD-ROMS ). Once you have segregated your thrash, look for specialized trash cans to throw them away.

*Try to minimize the use of horns. Honking has drastically increased and this adds to the noise pollution and does not provide a conducive environment to live in.

*Use rechargeable batteries though it's an expensive product, it's one-time purchase. Recharge when required. (Same applies to cell-phones, MP3s, iPods and Laptops)

*The best pens to use would be ink ones. Though if you have to use a ball point pen, buy refills instead of buying new pens. Pencils are much better for rough use! (That's why we used it at school!!!)

*Remember to close water taps before preening in front of the mirror. Of course you are beautiful, but Water is a precious resource!

*Let's not just wake up and walk out of finished meetings and conferences with a sigh of relief, let us remember to turn off the lights and projectors too.

*Take few minutes to learn about topics like 'Global Warming' , 'Air / Noise /Land / Water Pollution ' etc apart from constant surfing of News, Latest Gadgets, Movies and Music.

Spread this message to your friends and colleagues. They too can make a difference.

*The Earth has already become a dangerous place to live in for the animals and birds. Soon it might be our turn. So let's pledge to save our beautiful planet so that you and your future generations can live happily and peacefully ever after.

Vegetable Painting



This painting is done with the help of vegetables.
Here,I have used Carrot and Gonguru aaku for this piece.
Remaining lines with the gonguru katta ki vachina thadu tho...
Fabric colours without mixing any water. We should apply fabric colours directly on vegetables.

This is my first painting before my tanjore painting. With the inspiration from the painting class i have painted this ganesha.

One more reason i have done this is every time we have to start any work by Ganesha..

Welcome to 2009 ........


2009 Year should give you all the peace and happiness and All the Dreams should come true all the way...


Follow all these a feel happy and make others happy:

Health:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
5. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer.
6. Play more games.
7. Read more books than you did in 2008.
8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
9. Sleep for 7 hours.
10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile.
Personality:
11. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
12. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
13. Don't over do. Keep your limits.
14. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
15. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
16. Dream more while you are awake.
17. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
18. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your resent happiness.
19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others.
20. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.
21. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
22. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
23. Smile and laugh more.
