Some tips in pregnancy
1. If it tummy is very tight... (potta ghattiga vunte..) during pregnancy... follow below simple home remedy
In warm water mix 1 spoon ghee and 1 spoon sugar.. mix well and drink small glass... you will difference.....
2. If you having back pain during pregnancy... you can put on maternity belt... you can get in any medical stores....
3. If you have gestational diabetes during pregnancy then below are few simple food items
Organic Bulgur wheat - cook like rice...and have with any curry for us meals
Take a pinch of Kakara kaaya podi(Karla powder).. bitter guard podi and add little water to make at small ball and have it morning before breakfast
Organic Long grain brown rice - Lundberg - instead of white rice ,have this rice...
Eat raisins if u have iron deficiency
