Homemade Mango Jam (fresh till 6 months)
Ingredients:
- Mangoes
- Sugar
- Ghee
- Elachi Powder
- Food Color
How to Prepare:
- Peel off mangoes and grate the mangoes
- Take a half cup of grated mangoes remove the water from it.
- Take a bowl and put it on the stove - pour 3 spoons of ghee and after it melts add above half cup grated mango. Keep stirring.
- Now add 1 cup of sugar + pinch of food color + 1/2 tea spoon elachi powder and Mix well
- Keep stirring all the above ingredients till it becomes paste ( gattipade varaku stove pina vunchali).
- Switch off the stove.
- Now delicious mango jam is ready. Let it be cool down.
How to Store:
- After the Jam is cooled down. Store it in a glass bottle and put it in fridge... It will be fresh till 6 months.
- Enjoy Bread with Delicious Homemade Mango Jam.
