Oats Masala Pongal
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 cup Moong Dal
- 2 cups milk
- 2 spoons Ghee
- 5-8 Small Ginger pieces
- Salt (as desired)
- Curry Leaves (Karvepaaku)
- Peppers
- Jeera
How to Prepare
- Boil the moong dal and put a side
- Take a mixing bowl and place 1 cup of oats + 1 cup of milk + salt and soak for 30 minutes
- On stove put a cooking bowl and put 2 spoons of ghee + ginger pieces + peppers (miriyalu) + Jeera + Curry Leaves + bolied moong dal + 1 cup of milk -> Mix well and cook for some time in milk.
- Off the flame
- Place the above mixture and put it in above soaked oats
- Serve hot.
Healthy Oats masala pongal is ready.
