Rakta Potu Adhapu lo vunche Paaniyam
Ingredients:
- 1 spoon ginger rasam (Take a small piece of ginger and pour some water and prepare the paste. Place that paste in the cloth and press tightly and take the juice(rasam))
- 1 spoon dhaniyala rasam - follow the same above process using dhaniyalu.
- 1 spoon lemon juice
- 1 glass water
How to prepare:
Mix above all ingredients in a glass water.
How to take:
Daily drink the above water, 1 hour before ur food.
Benefits:
- Indigestion problem is solved (malabhadhakam thagguthunnadhi)
- This will reduce too much heat in ur body. (adika vedi thagguthunnadhi)
