Oats Attu
Ingredients
- 1 cup - Chana Dal (Chenaga Pappu)
- 1 cup - Moong Dal (Pesara Pappu)
- 1 cup - Urad Dal (Mina Pappu)
- 1 cup - Oats
How to Prepare
- Take a mixing bowl and place above all the dals in water and soak for 4 hours
- Take other bowl and place the oats in water and soak for 1 hour
- Mix above soaked dals and soaked oats and grind them in a mixcy or wetgrinder and prepare the batter
- Now Oats dosa batter is ready
- Place a pan on stove and prepare the dosa using above batter.
- Serve Healthy Oats Dosa with desired chutney or powder (karam podi)
Healthy Oats Dosa is ready. For a change prepare this healthy dosa. You will get more proteins.
